Terms

Net 30 for established customers. Credit Card payment for new customers; 1.5% monthly finance charge for late payments. Sensi Sandals reserves the title on all sold items until sales price/invoice is paid in full.

Orders

Sensi Sandals only accepts printed, faxed or EDI purchase orders. No verbal orders will be honored. Orders are subject to acceptance by seller.

Shipping and Insurance

We ship UPS/FED EX ground unless otherwise specified. All shipments are F.O.B. USA. All shipments must be insured. Insurance and shipping cost will be added to all bills.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Requests for RA numbers must be in writing. Any merchandise returned as a customer accommodation is subject to a 15% restocking charge.

We will accept goods purchased within 30 days for credit or replacement, as long as goods meet the following requirements:

1. Product is returned in its original packaging
2. Original tags are attached to the sandal
3. No visible signs of wear and tear
4. Return Authorization number is included on the box

Changes/Cancellations

Orders are considered firm with purchase order and may not be cancelled or changed without prior approval. All costs prior to the date of change will be billed.
